Shipping & Info

* REGARDING TARIFFS: My acrylic items have China marked as their country of origin, meaning you may have to pay for respective tariffs upon the item's arrival to your country. Please plan your purchases accordingly.
- other products such as stickers & prints are Australian-manufactured and therefore have Australia marked as the country of origin.

* Due to certain laws, I can't ship to Germany for the time being. Apologies for any inconvenience.

* UK customers please order via my Etsy store! As I don't have all my products listed on my Etsy, please contact me if you want to buy a specific product and I will organise a custom listing for you :)

* Please contact [email protected] for any concerns.

* All orders are sent via AusPost & can be tracked here once it has been shipped.

 

Processing Time

    • Please allow up to 7 business days for me to pack your order~
    • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Australia
There are 3 shipping options! What should you select for what you're ordering?

$4 UNTRACKED lettermail: up to 2 acrylic charms, 1 cd charm (if alone), a6 & a5 prints, stickers, notepads ok

$7 TRACKED lettermail: up to 4 acrylic charms, 2 cd charms, a6 prints (not a5), notepads ok

$10 TRACKED parcel post: can ship anything :D
- standees MUST pick this one!
- I can add protection (bubble wrap) for your CD charms too! 

      • Lettermail: 3-14 business days
      • Standard Parcel (Tracked): 3-7 business days

Please note: I highly recommend tracked postage for peace of mind as I will not refund or re-send the order if it is lost in delivery.

International

      • Please check the Auspost website for delivery availability / estimated delivery times to your destination country. 
      • I only offer tracked parcel shipping for international orders.
      • Customs: Please note that international buyers are responsible for their own country's customs or import taxes.

 

Refund/Return Policy

I do not accept refund/returns unless there are defects present that were not caused by shipping. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact me so I can help you out.
*(Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.)

Once the order has been shipped, it is beyond my control so tracked shipping is recommended if losing the package is a concern.
